i think only 4 PA casinos dont have RaceTracks.
Sands, Mount Airy, Sugarhouse, and one in pittsburg

Under the statute, there are to be 14 slots (7 stand alone and 7 Racinos).. so far there are only 9 active
Meadows, Pokie, Philly Park, Penn National, Chester Downs, Presque Isles are the Racino's
Stand Alones currenty are Mount Airy, Sands Bethlehem and the Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh. Two are scheduled to open in Pha in less than a year bringing it to 11....the others are yet to be licensed...

Well Sugar house will open in about a year. The other one not so much
