Problem with Win7 64 bit

I have an AllData NI user who has downloaded the Excel 2007 version and is getting an error message that says:

"error during archive operation"

He is running Windows 7, 64bit, and Excel 2007, any thoughts on what the issue might be?

I don't know of any other users running Windows 7 and 64 bit, so I don't know if there is a compatibility problem or not.

Ray, I just got a new computer with WIN 7 on it and I had a problem with one of my handicapping programs till I right clicked on it and selected "Run As Administrator." It works fine that way. Don't know if that will help your guy, but won't hurt to try.

I am having a seperate problem with WIN 7. I have WIN 7 Ultimate with Virtual PC and XP Mode. When I run Virtual PC, I noticed that some of the smaller print was fuzzy. Upon further investigation I discovered that the color quality was set on 16 Bit. The bad news there is no other option available. If anyone reading this has an answer for this, I would appreciate it.
