its been a month already and nothing drastic has happened with this merger. expect the newly merged company to go into the rebate business and buy an existing rebate shop. the rebate shops don't have to pay TVG fees and therefore rebate more than standard adw's magna has broken away from tracknet and churhill till has a television station that they will be able to compete with TVG. if they do it right, there should be a battle royal in the adw business. it looks to me like churchill downs has a master plan and they are about to start and execute the plan.
