Internet Slow?

Really the slowest I've ever seen on the net today-every time I change pages, I get a long wait, then the dreaded "Can't Find Site" message. If I hit refresh, I get the page about half the time.
Same thing on two different computers.
Anyone else having problems today, or is it just RR?
