I am just curious, after hearing the Roger Stein Show.

DeL Mar, Oak Tree, Saratoga, or The Breeders Committee.

Does anyone know how much they are paid or any other track, that pays high pay for the least amount of work.

Most top racing execs seem to wear several hats. The Stockton meet was 5 days. so maybe that racing sec? Even though most must be very hard working, seems many cannot see beyond the track property line or farm gate.
