No one here should doubt that this do-nothing attitude for the first 60 days or so with President No, who steadfastly refused to make use of domestic and international resources to contain this leak by implementing swift and decisive damage control strategies, was his grand plan for trying to shove the very pernicious Cap and Trade bill down Americans' throats.
