No reason for you to waste any time looking around in horse racing, Diogenes.
The odious Bob Evans, president and CEO of Churchill Downs, has made it extremely clear that any and all Churchill Downs facilities need slots to compete with racinos in surrounding states. Apparently, however, Mr. Evans does not believe this should be a two-way street.
