As of now we have a few opinions, however, as of now, I have no idea,

Does anyone want to take a shot what will be said and demanded.

Lets see who comes close to it.

Good Luck

He's always been unpredictable and I'm sure he's gonna piss most of the room off.

This could be a pay per view event.

The new surface at SA will be wood chips. I brought this tomato can to demonstrate. The guys over at PA which I read religiously because they love me like I love myself, told me to tell you to pretend it's Zenyatta's competition. Watch how it glides down the backstretch of this model racetrack, only kicking up a few wood chips as it goes. Say have you guys ever heard of capitalistic freedom? I got an auto parts store up in Canada I'd like to unload on you suckers, er, gentleman. You'd have the freedom to sell brake rotors with a state subsidy.

But seriously, I digress, you're a great audience and it's great to be here, but I gotta flight to catch. Just sign off on my wood chip plan and I won't destroy California racing forever. My traveling secretary has left you all a case of "Frank's Energy Drink" as a parting gift. It doesn't sell well here in the states so I expect you guys to pump it up if you want to stay on my good side and keep that wood chip concession in-state. It's a mix of ingredients including 10% lasix which is not generally known cuz I don't bother to put it on the label, that's bad for business and capitalistic freedom in general. Goodnight, sweethearts!

"we offered to give away 1/2 a race horse for new ideas, but no customers have any, and the only "new" idea CHRB has come up with is puit a "10" on the board, and to admit Plubber did not work and backtrack several years. we have new owner, MID; new CEO, Mills, with new ideas. Let us run California racing."
From MID's New Ideas website: "State Of The Art Technology - use the latest technology to update tote systems, information flow, video, real time wagering information, and injury data.
Legislative and Regulatory Issues -uniform medication rules, drug testing and enforcement, improve OTB and ADW revenue sharing model.
New and Innovative Betting Options - new betting options will allow horse racing to compete with State Lotteries and casinos. A wide range of betting opportunities should be available for experts as well as the newer fans with limited experience.
Attract Young Owners From Multicultural Backgrounds - it is imperative that we attract new owners. Horse racing is extremely popular in Asia, South America, and Europe and the ownership base in North America is not reflective of this fact. I am passionately committed to bringing in young owners from diverse backgrounds. Doing this will strengthen our sport now and for the future."
They want to expand betting, and make USA racing more international. That is their new ideas. Foreign ownership of horses that race regularly in the USA, track dirt from South America. They want to put themselves in the postition of expertise in these areas, and Stronach has TV. ADW, Ameritote, tracks, breeding. Their new website is a reminder of this.
