Ever post anything that you later regret? That's a drop in the bucket next to this Albert Einstein. What a mistake for a federal Judge? Maybe there is something to the democrats wanting to aynalize Federal appointees with a fine tooth comb.

The Democrats in Washington, D.C. are just playing politics with Bush's court nominees, and it is SHAMEFUL.

The Republicans did the EXACT same thing to Clinton's federal judicial nominees. They held them up saying they were too liberal.

No they didn't do the EXACT same thing. They didn't filibuster and they didn't change the rules.
