Horse players are the most opinionated people around next to the old ladies talking over who do what to who.

We blast them, we cuss them, we knock them, we call them all sort of names, we abuse them, we cut them to pieces, we all look them over from the bottom of their shoes to the top of their head, However we all WATCH the show.

With out there support and the love of the game, we are dead with out them.

Just think about it, No TVG or HRTV, then we would have nothing to complaint about. so God Bless them for doing a job that is thankless and takes a lot of heat.

I know I knock Ken R, however, he does put the time in and does deserve a little respect regardless he can't handicap his way out of a paper bag.

As we all know, it is very difficult to play the horses , just think about it, doing both at the same time and facing the public.

Just food for thought.

Every bozo always thinks they're right. And everyone else is wrong. Well put your money where your mouth is. All that matters is who has the most money at the end of the year. Net profits. Anything that makes us more money. I don't really pay attention to the broadcasts, other than the horse races. Just the pretty ladies. The guys, Ken and Todd and Simon, all of that bickering. They're like bickering family members. As long as they can try to bring more people into this great game. Casino gambling sucks, Bingo sucks, and slots suck. I wish the public would get educated with these facts. Keep On Keeping on T.V.G and H.R.N. - show some horse races, dammit.

Complain to Dish and Direct TV - tell them you will drop your subscription if they do not drop both channels and replace them with a real racing channel.
Time to go on the offensive.

Screw both channels and the idiots who work there.

I've been watching a test pattern for the last week and found it more entertaining than either horse racing channel.

If you live somewhere in the wild, like I do...Wyoming...TVG and HRTV is all you get. No local race channels. If we didn't have Dish Network including HRTV & TVG in their packages...I'd be screwed.
I guess there is quite a lot one can complain about with both these channels...but, at least out here in 'no man's land', I get to keep up with the horse racing world.

W/O TVG and HRTV, I would get no horseracing. Still, I would rather have a service where I could choose any race I want to see- because they can't show all the races you want to see- due to format and timing - I guess.

Dish was promising the Horse Racing Network which would have ended my problem. But, the HRN never came, and never came. Over a year now, maybe two, still no HRN.

I have a different company for service now.

I remember back a few years ago when Cigar was running.. they would only simulcast one race- because the horsemen thought they would lose money.

Horseracing got behind the other sports because they wouldn't broadcast on TV back in the 50's- they were shortsighted. Still, 60 years later, and these guys still can't get with the times!

Show the public the races, the crowds will come! People love horses! It's in our blood, it's in our DNA!

Quit shutting out the signals at the simulcast centers. Cut out the B/S!

Bullet, why don't you subscribe to an ADW? I have access to everything, but with my subscription to Twin Spires I don't need TVG, HRTV or any other televised channel.
