Based on his accomplished and especially his exemplary character I believe that Richie Migliore deserves to be canonized into the racing hall of Fame.

Yes. I believe he was also apprentice of the year when he started.

I did not realize he had won that many grade 1 races. Based on that I agree that he should be voted in.

I want you to rank these jockeys in order they should go into the Hall of Fame. All of these jockeys are eligible to be elected into the Hall of Fame as of now.
