They only run to Belmont Friday and Saturday of the Belmont stakes

Something tells me they didn't want you using those particular stairs? There are lots of stairs leading to the third floor...were all of them barricaded like that?

Who knows? The 3rd floor was open. Plenty of people up there. People were jumping back and fourth all day.

There was another set of steps down the other end—which is far away if you know Belmont—never went there to see if that was locked. I could care less—but it should not have been locked.

I want see if they do that on Belmont Stakes Day. I think not.
