Malibu Moonshine by like 5 lengths at B. just now, nice to see the guy win for a change.

I was just checking his stats on the pedigree site and this is what it says:

Blacktype winner. Won the Frederico Tesio in 2005, along with many other graded races including the grade one Suburban. Now in the claiming ranks and being raced in long races with hardly any time in between. Trainer is David Jacobson.

If it's true, I'm gonna have to write Mr. Jacobson.

Based on his history, why not... hope he's okay physically, sure seems so.

Some of it is true. He never won the Suburban, he was 3rd in the race. He is in claiming races and does occasionally run in marathon races. But, he has run well in some of those races. Before today he last raced on April 14th. He has run in the past off of a short rest while under Contessa's care as well as Jacobson.

Judging by the way he ran today, he doesn't seem to be doing okay.
