Don't like today's card at all. However, there is something interesting in that it is a sloppy track there and we have fields of 3-yr. old trotters going in Sire Stakes Series races.

Now. Here's the thing. When it rains at The Meadows, the track surface becomes hard since they use only screening as maintenence and don't harrow it at all. Since The Meadows has a bit harder track than most under ideal circumstances, this leads to a potential ultra-hard surface. Such surfaces are hard on pacers, but extremely difficult for all but the soundest and solid-gated trotters.

With that in mind, it is not a stretch to say that nearly anything may happen in these Stakes' races for trotters. And so we will simply look at a hypothetical boxing at all horses in all these events. Be interesting to see what that would produce.

Let's use a $1 base wheel of all horses in the tri and see what would happen. For ex., a 6-horse field would cost $120, a 7-horse field $210. Seven is the field max in these events.

I know what you're thinking: "Is the man insane?" Well, we already know the answer is "yes." So what else would we expect?
