Site with links to Brisnet Ultimate PP's

Some time back, someone posted the address of a website that had links to free Brisnet ultimate PP's for many tracks. It was some sort of a site that also had small contests for players who had made donations.
I had it bookmarked on my computer but when my son wiped out the hard drive, I lost it.
Does anybody know what I'm talking about and have the website address?

Nope, that link is not the right one. The one I'm thinking of has a list of tracks with icons similar to those on the right that list which race is available for each track.
