My sons, 21 and 24 are heading down for the July 1 - 4 th weekend.
Any young guys around here have an opinion on where to stay.
They aren't horseplayers, or big gamblers. They will play some though.
They are mainly concerned with nice pool, hot broads and access
to the right clubs.
All help appreciated.

if you are on the strip, you can't miss.

Mirage, about $99, Ceasars, $130 and just off the strip, like said the Rio and the Palms bout$80.

I stay in the little quadrant from Mirage/Caesars- Bellagio across to Paris/ Harrah's. Can't go wrong.

And ... oh this... http://www.vegas.com/nightlife/stripclubs/ . Some people have told me that some of those places are interesting... so they've said...

Hard Rock has everything right there. The pool, nice restaurants and clubs right at the hotel. The girls around the pool are amazing. If they were looking to gamble, I wouldn't suggest going there, but for what they are looking for, I think they will enjoy it.

I would agree with either the Hard Rock or the Palms...they seem to be the trendiest at this time to that age group. Harrahs is always a good choice, their Carnival Court is always hopping and its eary walking to a bunch of places. If they want to see a fun show with Holly Madison taking her top off...Peepshow was decent for the price, but not sure how much it is now. rbj

I like Bally's (price, value, convenience).

However, I liked the simulcast room at the Imperial Palace better. Not a lot of people in it though.

unfortunately, fewer and fewer. once, very popular, the newer places are investing less floor space to the "racebook". just don't need it anymore and a couple rows of slots are much more profitable.

Not a lot of people in it though.

Being anti-social, I find that a bonus

Profits up for the seventh month, not bad for a recession.

BUT but but, if we keep up with the list, you'll have to stay over another week or two.

Just stay away from the Chapels...
