Capturing Harness Races

Guys forgive me if this has been discussed before but can I capture a harness
race or a live race card shown on my computer?

If the answer is yes........can you tell me HOW??????

You have to get a screen capture software program. I use Jing, which comes in either a free subscription or a reasonable yearly price of around $20 for Jing Pro, very easy to use. There are other free screen capture programs, some are okay, some are not.
