How does the late Pick 4 only come back for $1520 , should have been in the neighborhood of $2500

Anybody have any ideas?

The parlay was $1308.60.

Sharp post.

how can the pick 3's on 7-9 and 8-10 pay so well and the pick 4 pay so little, little guy ?

They're different pools.

Maybe my guaranteeing victory for the 10th winner affected the Pick-3s less than the Pick-4.

the late pick 3 payed almost 2x the parlay

the late pick 4 barely pays more than the parlay

if logic holds and they played your guarantee in the 10th the late pick 3 should have paid less as well too , but , it didn't it paid a much better price

Everyone was alive because my top choice won the 7th.

In all seriousness, you really don't understand pari-mutual wagering and pool size. Your resume is growing.

same players play the pick 3 and the pick 4 little guy , the pick 3 payouts were good , the p4 came back short , someone made a nice score in the P4

You do realize how absurd this is....right?

Because one multi-race bet in a pool about 40% of another paid better value, with both paying well above the parlay, one payoff was low?

This is almost as bad as your jockey opinions.

With the pool size, the difference between $1520 and $2500 is approximately an extra $50 bet on the winning combo.

edit--

I believe the difference is $44
