You would think if they wanted people to notice, they would have done it on Monday or Tuesday night when the betting options are really limited. With the late post tonight at Hollywood I'm think alot of people aren't even going to realize what's going on.

If they were worth more money, wouldn't they be riding at a better track?

If they were worth more money, wouldn't they be riding at a better track? If they could convince Deshawn Parker to go elsewhere, the rest of 'em would make more money...

Mountaineer is a quirky place and is shaped funny but I actually do okay there. Are the jockeys Greek by chance?

I just read their riding fee is $50.00. That does seem awfully light.

I also did a search and found one source claiming the strike is close to be resolved. I hope so.

That is light. They aren't riding for big purses either. I hope they do get more.

What is the new fee they're asking for? If it's say $52-$55 you'd hope it would be agreed on but if it's more than that then strikes would be a waste of time.

The dispute was resolved and there's supposed to be racing tonight. The only question remains, all the jockeys named tonight are not regular riders. How are they going to handle that?
