LOLOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL

But Chickie, one's fallen upward and the other's looking dead at you. This could occur only in one of his paintings . . . . .

Ralph, he was a Tiger in his time wasn't he.

Picasso is to painting what the Bay City Rollers are to music: worthless. The most amazing thing I read in one article was that they had a dozen people bidding on the "painting". Talk about having too much $$$$$ and not enough sense.

Best thing I ever heard about art criticism: If someone has to tell you why a painting is good, it isn't worth anything.

When somebody tells me how great Picasso, Klimt, Pollock or similar hacks are because blah, blah, blah, it's tune-out time.

Picasso turned out 50,000 works over his professional career, which lasted about 70 years...that's approximately 700 pieces a year! With that kind of output, their simply couldn't have been much thought put into what he was doing.

Anybody except Picasso produces that crap and you'd say schizophrenia.
Matter of fact, I will say schizophrenia. But to pay anything for it, far less oodles, you'd have to be nuts anyways.

I remember reading an article by George Plimpton who had meet Picasso at a party. Picasso was then 79 and he had this charming girl on his arm, the then 16 year old Mia Farrow. ;)
