Secretary Napolitano was wrong about the Detroit underware bomber and she appears to not take seriously the Time Square incident by calling it amatuerish.

Is it time she's replaced?

I can't take the credit. Some one else, smarter than me, had made the suggestion -- and I thought it to be an excellent one at that.

She was a horrendous Governor. How she even figured to remotely suit the role given her is mind-boggling. Mind you, I'm probably happy that she made the transition so everyone can enjoy her.

Not a big fan of polls around this joint but I'll say that Krauthammer had a nice line about Napolitano t'day. Something to the effect... "she was again behind the curve and said the bombing appeared 'amateurish' as if he should have graduated from Al Queda U in bomb making."

ChuckyK has some nice material lately. I could hang with this guy.

Charles is a blast.

The suggestion that this device was "amaturish" was an assessment made by numerous explosive experts.

If anyone takes that assessment and spins it into "dont take anything similarly as a real threat" then your blind or not being honest with the reality.

The Dept of Homeland Security is acting with the same vigor in this administration as with the previous.

Now maybe you'd feel safer if Giuliani were voted in as next president since I heard HIS choice for Napolitano's replacement is Bernie Keric.

Amaturish or not, it was parked to kill mothers and children going to a theater.
This scum deserves no consideration - whatever it takes to get info from him, there is nothing we should hold back on. His life and his pain are of zero concern. Break out the thumb screws and hot pokers. And buckets of water.
This guy should grow fins by Friday.

We have to make sure that his civil rights are protected.... There have certainly been a lot more terror attacks and attemted terror attacks since the current socialist admin ascended the throne. We are just lucky that one was incompetent and this one was spotted by a vigilant citizen. It won't be long until we will take a major hit from one the newly emboldened terrorists. Change that you can believe in, right?

He should get exactly the same treatment as those would be militia terrorists from Michigan got. Or maybe I should say they should get same treatment as him. There is not 2 cents worth of difference in these scum balls. JMO

Big Sis is reportedly on the short list of supreme court nominees. They may replace her by promoting her.

You have to wonder about these fanatics though, they do seem to be slipping. the last two events resulted in some scorched underwear and an SUV with some minor smoke damage. Will we be so lucky next time?

One small difference is the the militia people from Michigan apparently never did anything but talk. They have been released until their trial, the judge determining that there was not cause to hold them. I predict this case will evaporate over time because it was brought for political reasons. We only know the government side of this case so far.

On the other hand, the NY SUV bomb suspect was caught red handed having put lit explosives in his van. To me that is more than 2 cents worth of difference.

To me that is more than 2 cents worth of difference.Only because they were arrested before they could act. Why am I not surprised that you would be defending people who are planning to kill police officers. We only know the government side of the story in NY bomber case too, but you have no trouble believing the government there. I believe the government in both cases, but then I do not have a political agenda that agrees with any of these terrorist. JMO

"Should N. Y. Commissioner Kelly replace Secretary Napolitano?"

Its way too obvious she was selected for her position because she is even nastier than Janet Reno. Seriously her depiction of this jerk was to please her boss. We the people deserve better but you will have to hold your breath for a long time to get it.
