Systems Use

I subscribed to HTRF (How They Run Fast) and use the BRIS PP's. I have no success using any of the figures generated by HTRF. Can anybody provide direction?
I have had some success using the BRIS PPWR numbers, limiting selection to the top 3 rated horses. Does anyone use these figures?

There's a Yahoo users group dedicated to HTRF. Maybe they can give you some help. I don't have the URL but a search at Yahoo groups should come up with the place.
