By the way, of interest is the fact that the SUV was parked near the Viacom building, owners of South Park. Not sure if anybody watches it, but recently they had some episodes making fun of the fact that you can make fun of everybody except for the Muslim prophet, Muhammad. So in the episode, rather than show him they determined the only OK way to present him was to put him in a mascot suit.
