Too coincidental??

Hope everyone enjoyed derby day! I'm likely just being way too skeptical but with all of the things that go on in horseracing that the public doesn't know about maybe not. Does anyone think its very coincidental in arguably the two best closers (maybe even horses) in the field in ice box and LAL got stuck on the rail, where arguably the best speed horse in sidneys candy got put in the 20 post?

The speed horse shortly into the race was SS! Post 4, EP type.

that it is hard to keep up. Stolen (and proud of it ) from Lily Tomlin. The
Blackjack horses 20 and 1 = 21 had a thin deck going against them. :eek:

How do explain the trainer saying his horses weren't running good in the slop? (BEFORE the race). that was a gift, a gift a gift!

How can you be sure that what you call "the best speed horse" would have maintained that speed over the gluck of CDX on an off track?

I didn't leave Sid off my tickets because of his post position. I left hm off because I didn't think his speed would work on that track. And, it didn't.
