Delmar has their own contest. It is FREE. They pick the race each day that you must bet. You can bet up to $100.00. If you miss a day i't doesn't matter. The one with the most money at the end of the meet is the winner. The rules are on their site. I think the first 2 place finishersgo to the national handicapping contest.
