Many times when I press the ESC key to go from full screen mode to small screen mode, the video window collapses, and the audio continues to play in the background. The tab in the Explorer taskbar disappears also. The only way I can solve the problem is rebooting which is quite annoying. I have emailed tech support from time to time in the past, but they just send some bolierplate info which has never helped. So I was wondering if this has happened to other account holders, and if it has, did you solve the problem, and how did you do it?
