Bo-Rail...5 on the card today...including this win on Hurricane Ike...didn't think they would beat Eightyfiveandafifty today...if you watch the video, that horse went down the backstretch with his mouth open...may have cost him a little, since he was obviously rank, but Hurricane Ike won by maybe 4 lengths...Aikenite to place...Pleasant Prince for show.

i'm glad eighty fifty lost. i wasn't looking forward to watching him wander all over the track like he frequently does in a field of 20 horses.

:D Seriously, handicapping the Derby is hard enough without having to predict who could potentially get wiped out by a horse unable to master the basic skill of running properly around a racetrack in a race.

He did run straight today, though...maybe that foray onto 114th Street made him decide it's best to stay on track:D

He didn't stay straight down the lane........if memory serves me right he swerved out bad when he tired

Huh...I hadn't noticed...might take another look...but, he ain't going to the Derby anyway!
