Race 1: Playing No. 2 The Legal Blonde. Broke her maiden nicely 2 back, then had no chance in a turf sprint first try against winners. Back on poly and stretches out a little. Will play with the Gaines trainee No. 7 Lacey Lailah, the likely favorite.
