We could probably get a long without this. The health of the horse racing industry is not one of the burning issues of our time. JMO

Well, the People's Republic of the U.S. is taking over everything else, might as well nationalize racing. It is bad now, but just imagine what it would be like with some know-nothing bureaucrat making sweeping changes that you can count on.

Just maybe this would scare the clowns now screwing up the sport to make real strides toward national self-regulation. That is what happened to baseball which hired a real comish.

Interstate and national IS the racing trend in reality if not legality.
I propose also allowing artificial insemenation for TBreds.
