What are they?

There doesn't seem to be a link to this anywhere; the link to "AB 649" on the California state government website goes to some totally unrelated bill concerning salaries for professors in the state university system, or some such thing.

But the link is 2 years old. Didn't the bill call for annual increases pegged to the CPI?

Don't know why information like this should be so hard to find.

Florida is the same way; the usual sources did briefly mention that the minimum losing jockey fee was raised to $75 in January of '09 but conveniently left out the details.
