No disrespect to you sir and not everyone got so blown away with drugs when they were young to distort reality today, but there is a factor with age and dementia and a percentage affected at a given age. Its a certainty that this old guy has to go.

Here's the point IMO- he is a politician- they are elected to serve- he is no longer, for whatever reason, capable of serving his constituents in a reliable manner- his peers should ask him to step down - won't happen; his peers are Dems. and the repubs don't have the ba--s to do so.
