Jockey C.D. Pitty,currently riding at Hawthorne has been fined $100 and $500 on 2 occasions for not riding his mount out to the finish this spring. Curiously, he was fined twice last spring for the same and referred to then as a repeated offender. I don't mean to pick on the guy-I actually think he's okay. Two expensive springs for a guy probably struggling to get by.
