I haven't had any problems with them. They have always paid although it takes a little longer than I would like, but it give me another outlet to play other sports at times.

I like eHorse.com best of the offshores. They have an exchange site, too, eHorseX.com. I've used them for 6 or 7 years and never had a problem.

I use you bet and the pay offs are instantaneous. I only bet on horse racing though. Any advantage to an offshore account? I stayed away from offshore accounts after I saw what the poker players went through after getting taken by a web site employee. They had no recourse.
