TVG April Fools joke?

TVG just had a segment on Hollywood Park having a new horse painting system to identify the horse easier. They showed a green and orange horse and had some of the Trainers comment on the system.

I think their pulling our leg with an April Fool's joke. My wife thinks it's a cool idea. She wants to see the #8 pink horse.

I was of the opinion that the entire TVG network was an ongoing joke.

I remeber back in the 90's when DRF had the perfect April Fool's joke. They announced camel racing coming to Keenland during the summer, complete with a color photo on the cover page, with the announcment of the forthcoming "CamelForm" for handicapping. Got me with that one. :lol:
