The YouTube redesign...do you like it?

You've all probably noticed the changes by now, especially to the comment system.

Do you like/dislike the "new" YouTube?

It's easier to decompose an atom that it is to post a youtube on this page.

1. Choose the video that you want to show.

2. Copy the url at the top of the page.

3. The url will look like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gt-88DTxeYs

4. Begin your post as you normally do. When the screen appears press the
Youtube logo in the top right corner.

5. Write the title in the box that appears. In this instance, I've written
"Zenyatta - Breeders Cup 2010"

6. The following will then appear.
It will look something like [ the title you've written] [ /YT]


7. Go back to the url and copy the letters and numbers that appear after v=

8. In the above example they are gt-88DTxeYs

9. Place those numbers between the middle brackets. ]gt-88DTxeYs[
In this instance gt-88DTxeYs

10. Press the preview post button. The video should appear. If it does press the submit message button.

There are definitely simpler setups available.

In another forum where I occasionally post, you just click the youtube icon. These tags "" appear right in the text box. From there you copy the youtube url in between the tags and you're done.
