Long story short, California is deregulating power for commercial users. They have a very small offering and requests for that usage will begin at a specific time/date. Availability is expected to be filled within seconds.
I have several large industrial clients that would not be happy to be shut-out.
Any recommendations on the best way to send multiple emails to one address, at a specific time, without manually having to do so?
