Never heard of it. Last thing I received from RPM was a new paper and pencil from Len Cz about a secret code that turns bettors on to the winning selection. It all has to do with racing secretarys "paying back" favors to trainers for helping to fill certain races. Hey, Tom Console, who posts on this board, endorsed it!:rolleyes:
