Remember when some of us kept saying that the healthcare bill was not really about healthcare? Well, we were right (http://www.realclearpolitics.com/video/2010/03/25/dem_senator_health_legislation_will_address_the_ma l-distribution_of_income_in_america.html).

Ladies and Gentlemen, comrades everywhere, welcome to your Democratic party - 2010 version. Its full on socialism. Enjoy!

Sen. Max Baucus (D): "Too often, much of late, the last couple three years the mal-distribution of income in America is gone up way too much, the wealthy are getting way, way too wealthy, and the middle income class is left behind. Wages have not kept up with increased income of the highest income in America. This legislation will have the effect of addressing that mal-distribution of income in America."

I'd love to see them address their own salery.

1980 the wokers made about 35,000 to 45,000/yr. Congress was at $64,000.

Today the workers are about $50,000 to $60,000 at best. While congress is at $175,000.

And then some...yes sir.;)

Geesh...and I was really trying to believe that this was truly about health care reform.  Now, you've done gone ruined my day.

Too bad he didn't define for everyone what income level they consider as "wealthy" and what would be "middle class".

This whole scam is about taxation up the whazoo. They'll tax the Producers (Givers) to give it to the Takers. From each according to his...to each according to his.... Marxism, pure and simple. Nothing complicated about this -- except to libs steeped in denial and self-deceit.
