PROBLEM WITH EXCEL

I will be working away and all of a sudden excel will shut down and erase the formulas.

I have started making two programs with different names so I don't lose out but it is starting to be a problem.

My virus and spy programs says I don't have any infections.

excel is 2007 and I have windows 7

1. Save often.
2. Set auto-backup to a small amount of time (like 2 or 3 minutes)

3. Uninstall & re-install Office.
