After being shut down 10 months ago and having endured a variety of issues (fevers, bone chips, surgery, cannon bone grooving, pinfiring), Mr. Fantasy will finally make his return to the track at Gulftstream on 3/18 in a 6F money allowance. Ramon Dominguez will ride.
Here's hoping 2010 will be a terrific year for Tin Cup Chalice's half-bro. :)

Talented horse has overcome some physical issues...
Hopefully he will run well and do some good things down the road--has been working well

Hope this one fares better than the many (like Arazi) that were never the same after bone chips were removed.

I don't know--hopefully he will comeback nicely.
From the betting perspective—I would watch one first.
I would not bet him first time back at low odds.
I do want to see him run well though.

It was his first start in almost 11 months. Hopefully he can move forward and refind his good form. He was a pretty promising horse.

RAD was down there to ride him, was that his only mount of the day? Anyway, it was a tough field and the winner was a horse for the course who just ran lights out. I think MF is a better horse in a one turn mile or a route race, he needs to be able to relax and gallop at a high cruising rate, but not at sprint speed. Lets hope he came out of the race AOK.
