The relationship has been a rosey one for many years, particularly in central Kentucky where it thrived. Now, though, not so much so.
This troubles, and even offends, many in the industry. Its "killing the industry" is heard often. Still when reins are tightened all over . . . why should reins not be tightened in the equine industry as well? And, this, it seems, is part of Mr.Zayat's dilemma, part of the scenario he believes has set itself up for the purpose of destroying him? This one may not hold water in court as the problem is industry wide.
