once a dirt horse who is obviously a TC contender runs in the later preps, he will start curving the numbers upward

He doesn't adjust his figures for age ... which is fair enough ... but it makes it difficult to find TC contenders on the basis of BSF at this time of the year.

My own age-adjusted figures put Eskerendeya at the top of the crop.
