Earned a 109 Beyer for his performance in the 3rd at Gulfstream today. He set very legitimate early fractions, put away the rival that stalked him and had more than enough to hold off the closers.
He's obviously fragile, making only his 4th start today and he's 5. But he's good and so was his dam and 1/2 sister. If Pletcher can somehow keep him healthy this year I think he's going to be a big player in the handicap ranks. Oaklawn Handicap next?
