Earned a 109 Beyer for his performance in the 3rd at Gulfstream today. He set very legitimate early fractions, put away the rival that stalked him and had more than enough to hold off the closers.

He's obviously fragile, making only his 4th start today and he's 5. But he's good and so was his dam and 1/2 sister. If Pletcher can somehow keep him healthy this year I think he's going to be a big player in the handicap ranks. Oaklawn Handicap next?

i thought he ran real huge today and was in a real good field. he will get better off of that race as well. he might still need another race though before facing the real iron though. it certainly will be interesting where he gets spotted next time out, maybe a 3x. boy that guy was cut out to be something!

I was there yesterday standing down by the rail where they lead the horses out to the track. Obviously fabulously bred and he just looked fantastic.
