Uncoupled entry-Delaware Park

I thought I'd seen it all, but this stinks in my opinion. 2nd race at Del, there is an uncoupled entry in a stinking $8k claiming race. I have no problem with this in the bigger races, but this is ugly in my opinion. Race is about to go off, Lake has the favored 5 at Even money and the 2d choice 10 at 3-1.

Why does this race remind me of the old poker saying? You know the one, if you sit down at the table and don't know who the sucker is, it's you!

The suspicious dropper 5 went off at 6/5 and won very easily, while the 10 was never a factor at 2-1. Think the Lake connections knew who was the better horse in here? All this from the track that banned Gill/Shuman!

I didn't bet the race but I would've lost. Always have to prefer the higher priced horse of the uncoupled entries. And especially w/the "Lake effect".
