Fight

Played 9 races posting top 4 and hit 4 out of 9.

Since there is such a disparity of number of races played I have decided it's better not to do any rankings, because they won't really mean much. So just look at the player stats.

Off to Penn National tomorrow.

My memory probably is playing tricks but it seemed like you guys were doing better when you were using your black box approach.

Texas,

That was the impetus behind this whole exercise. I heard for years that a Black Box approach was foolhardy and crazy at best. So I wanted to see how the actual numbers might shake out.

Not for just one person, but for many and for several programs. I'm not sure that the Black Box approach is all that terrible. It may not be the Holy Grail of horse racing everyone is looking for, but for some it might be a viable path to take with some money management. The result could be better results and a more acceptable way of playing.
