So one of the states that benefits the most from their national parks - Utah - screams the loudest about creating a new national park in a U.S. Territory. :rolleyes:

I don't like the timing either but if we wait to get out of debt first the land will be long gone. And besides, if it's St. Croix vs. Big Love, it's no contest. :D
