ADW Rebates

I'm shopping around ADW sites that offer the most attractive cash rebates.

For those of you receiving them, please list the ADW site you use and the rebate rates they are offering and give the progression bet amounts as well as the bet types, if possible (i.e. 1% for $10k WPS monthly, 2% for $20k monthly, etc.)
