Has there been any new books or info about comparing 2nd Calls and Final Speed between Polytracks and dirt? I bought and read "Betting Synthhtic Surfaces" and, still, don't have a clue.

not to my knowledge but if you have track profiles would it matter?

This study (http://www.pacefigures.com/articles/synthetics.html) is a bit dated, but it is still pretty accurate. Maybe I'll update it this weekend.
