I don't know but in the middle of a speech some drunk woman could be heard in the background yelling, "NO I'M NOT SHUTTING UP!,NO NO I WILL NOT SHUT UP!" LOL anyone else hear this.
The guy giving the speech said what's that? But then moved on when I guess he understood what someone was doing and yelling.
If that's what it was, go give you money to someone else,go get some help and some class.
