I'm going to go with Dominquez. Your thoughts?

Steve Rushing should receive a special award for developing jockeys. Prado and Ramon owe much of their success to Rushing.

I don't know if he could be referred to as "jockey of the year", and I hardly ever wager on California racing because of their ridiculous short fields, but when I do watch their races, jockey Rafael Bejarano stands out to me as one GREAT rider day in and day out!!!

I haven't seen anyone better than Dominguez lately, but it's not like you can go wrong with any of the top 3. They all will find a way to win if it's there.

I see Ramon give up a lot in races. The main reason why he is at such a high percentage is because he almost always has a live horse. He is not the type of jockey that I see give "great" rides.
